  • How to become a Ronati seller

Ronati selects only reputable dealers to ensure the highest quality of products and services. If you are interested in becoming a Ronati seller, you can fill out an application along with two references by professionals in your industry. Our expert vetting team will carefully review your completed application and will contact you with any additional requests.

  • How authenticity is determined

We take authenticity very seriously. All Ronati dealers undergo a rigorous vetting process, and listed pieces are regularly reviewed by our expert evaluators. All purchases that do not meet our authenticity standards are covered through our buyer protection system. If you believe that an item listed or received was not accurately represented, please contact us immediately.

  • Ronati’s commission

At Ronati, we believe in maintaining a strong partnership with our dealers. We do not charge any membership fees, nor are there any hidden fees for our services. In exchange for the free use of our platform and access to buyers worldwide, Ronati charges dealers a 16% commission on each transaction. When you win, everybody wins…

  • How shipping works

Ronati currently offers shipping directly through the dealer listing. Each listed product contains the dealer’s shipping company information, tracking number, and cost of shipping.

Ronati is constantly striving to add new features and services. Please check again soon for additional shipping methods provided through our key partners (such as white glove, prepaid, free shipping, and local delivery options).

  • How to pay

Ronati accepts payments via credit and debit card, bank account, wire transfer, and Paypal. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can set up your prefered method of payment in your account settings, as well as during checkout.

  • How to cancel an order

As a courtesy to our sellers, we require that all cancellations are made within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations are free before the order has shipped. If you would like to cancel an order after shipping, you are responsible for the cost of shipping out and back. To request a cancellation, please contact us here.

  • How to return an item

If you need to return an item, please refer to the dealer’s return policy in your order details. If your dealer accepts returns, please follow the instructions specified in their return policy. Please note that shipping costs are typically not included in the return refund. Any shipped orders that were damaged or inaccurately represented are covered by our buyer protection system. We would be happy to answer any further questions regarding your refund needs.
