UK dealer-owned online marketplace, The Decorative Collective, has seen success for both buyers and dealers in the decorative trade over the past fourteen years since launching in 2009. Now, they are moving into 2023 with a newly designed website — including a mobile version—to serve the antiques industry with ease of use. 

The Decorative Collective has over 165 dealers with thousands of antique, vintage and contemporary items ranging from £100 to £25,000+. Dealers are personally vetted by marketplace owner, Jane Walton, who has been a dealer for over 20 years; is well-known within the trade; and additionally owns Hoarde Vintage.

As Jane notes: “This new site was very much built around modernising the look, features, and ease of use of the site itself. We are always striving to improve as much as possible, perfecting as we go along.”  

“This re-build however was a major overhaul, with mobile usage being one of the main things that prompted the change.  Our end goal was and is to constantly better service the antiques industry.”
